07 May 2008 : New Bass Communion CD/LP »

A new Bass Communion CD and LP will both be released by Important Records in the US on 22nd July. The CD "Moltov and Haze" contains 4 layered guitar drone pieces, 2 noisy (Molotov) and 2 transcendently beautiful (Haze). The album will be issued in the by now familiar miniature card gatefold sleeve, and you can hear extracts from it on the Bass Communion MySpace page.

The LP is a collaboration recorded with Mexican noise / improv group Pig in February this year - "Live in Mexico City" will be a highly limited vinyl only release of 500 copies in special screen printed sleeves. Headphone Dust will have both items for sale, but sorry it's not possible to reserve a copy of the vinyl release at this stage.

06 April 2008 : Pacific Codex availability »

Please note that although Pacific Codex by Bass Communion is limited and has sold out from this site, it is still currently easily available at very reasonable prices from both Solielmoon and Beta-Lactam Ring in the US. Certainly noone should be paying over the odds for it on eBay at this stage.

Also news from Soleilmoon is that the first Continuum CD will be repressed shortly - originally limited to 1,000 copies, another 1,000 will be repressed to bring it in line with the edition of 2,000 pressed of Continuum II (of which only a handful remain).

25 March 2008 : New ToneFloat vinyl in stock »

Headphone Dust have 2 new ToneFloat vinyl releases, both with connections to SW:

Anja Garbarek »Smiling and Waving« LP+7 inch £18.00

Recorded in 2000 in London, this strange and shimmeringly beautiful album won a Spellemannspris (Norwegian Grammy) in 2001. Smiling and Waving was produced by Anja and Steven Wilson, except for 2 tracks which were produced by Talk Talk's Mark Hollis. Additional contributions come from Robert Wyatt (whose own version of "Stay Tuned" from this album can be found on his most recent solo album "Comicopera"), Theo Travis, Steve Jansen and Richard Barbieri. The first 500 copies of this LP edition are pressed on coloured vinyl in a deluxe gatefold sleeve with inner bag, and includes a 7 inch single in its own sleeve, featuring "I Won't Hurt You" and "Blinking Blocks of Light", two tracks that were only available for a short time as part of a Norwegian limited CD edition of the album.

The Use of Ashes (ft. Bass Communion) »untitled« £8.00 (blue/orange)

A 10 inch single that includes the original demo version of The Use of Ashes "Ice" (7.45) on side A and a Bass Communion reconstruction of The Use of Ashes "Mousehill Daydream" (10.07) on side B. The 10 inch comes in a PVC sleeve and is available on orange vinyl (limited to 250 copies), blue vinyl (250 copies) and clear vinyl (100 copies only).

Please email hd@swhq.co.uk first to reserve a copy and request a price including shipping (please remember to tell us which country we will be shipping to).

Also back in stock at Headphone Dust is Bass Communion's first CD, and the last remaining copies of SW's Cover Version 2, 3 and 4 CD singles, which are sold out elsewhere (there will be a repressing at some point, but not for a while).

17 March 2008 : No-Man - Schoolyard Ghosts »

No-Man's sixth official album, Schoolyard Ghosts, has been completed. Recorded in August/September last year, and Jan-March this year, the 53 minute album features 8 new songs, and will be issued on Kscope in mid-May. A deluxe 2LP vinyl edition will also be released by ToneFloat. Videos and audio previews will soon be available on-line. For more news, track listing, and details on the performer line-up, head on over to the official no-man site, or to Tony Kinson's revamped no-man - a confession site.

12 February 2008 : Pacific Codex available! »

Bass Communion's "Pacific Codex'' is finally here! You can order a copy now from Headphone Dust.

''Pacific Codex'' is possibly the most minimal and zen-like beautiful of all Bass Communion releases so far, a single 40 minute piece based entirely on processed and layered recordings of metal sculptures and gongs, creating complex waves of deep subharmonic sound. To fit with the oceanic theme, Carl Glover has designed an elaborate box set package which includes both stereo CD + 5.1 surround sound DVD-Audio discs housed in a thick card gatefold sleeve, a 36-page perfect-bound full-colour booklet, and a 2-sided thick card hand-numbered insert (975 copies), all housed in a super-thick case-bound card box (slipcase style).

Equation Records in the US are now sold out and not accepting any more orders.

To tie in with the release of ''Pacific Codex'', there is also a repress of the 2 disc edition of Bass Communion's "Ghosts on Magnetic Tape", which includes the original album and the full length Andrew Liles reconstruction in a miniature thick card gatefold sleeve. This will ship at the same time as Pacific Codex, and you can pre-order both releases together from Headphone Dust to save on postage costs.

04 February 2008 : We Lost the Skyline »

On the 4th October 2007 Porcupine Tree arrived for an in-store performance and signing session at Park Avenue CDs in Orlando, Florida, with 200 fans also in attendance. Although it was originally planned that the full band would play, lack of space dictated that it was only the 2 guitarists / singers Steven Wilson and John Wesley who delivered an impromptu performance, including many songs rarely (if ever) played by the band, making for a very special and intimate show. Fortunately this one-off performance was captured by a remote recording facility and the complete 8 song, 33 minute show is now being released in a digipack sleeve created by photographer Lasse Hoile and designer Carl Glover. The CD is available to pre-order now from the PT Store and is expected to ship in the week commencing 18th Feb. It will also be exclusively available to US retail through the Think Indie chain of independent stores.

Dutch vinyl specialists ToneFloat will also release a quality 180gm vinyl edition of We Lost the Skyline in a gatefold sleeve, with a limited and numbered edition of 1,000 copies on marbled vinyl, and a regular edition on black vinyl. These editions will be released on 18th March, but will also be available to pre-order soon from the ToneFloat website. The Porcupine Tree store will also stock the vinyl editions once they are released.

Full track listing for the album is:

1. the sky moves sideways (4.02)
2. even less (3.27)
3. stars die (4.33)
4. waiting (3.52)
5. normal (4.52)
6. drown with me (4.09)
7. lazarus (4.29)
8. trains (4.04)

16 January 2008 : 2008 update »

Having been on the road for almost the entirety of 2007, Steven is now busy in the studio working on 2 brand new albums. One of these is his first ever song based solo project, something which will reveal a darker musical side of SW not hitherto heard in any of his other projects. The solo album is a work in progress with no set release date, but material is coming thick and fast, so a release sometime towards the end of this year seems likely.

Also well underway and expected to be issued in May is the first album by No-Man in 5 years. Its current working title is "Schoolyard Ghosts". You can find more information on the no-man MySpace page.

Other new releases in the pipeline include the much delayed release of Bass Communion's "Pacific Codex" box set, as well as a repress of the 2 CD version of "Ghosts on Magnetic Tape", both in February. Meanwhile the 2008 edition of Porcupine Tree's "Lightbulb Sun" album is expected in April as a CD/DVDA double disc set, and another new PT related release should be available from March on the band's Transmission mail order imprint (details on the PT site soon).

Finally, due to demand Soleilmoon will press another 1,000 copies of the first album by Continuum, SW's collaboration with Dirk Serries, bringing it up to par with the 2,000 copy edition of Continuum II. Scheduled for June release. Meanwhile after the first Continuum album was successfully reconstructed by Dirk himself on the Continuum Recyclings Volume One double LP, a highly talented and known musician from the experimental underground will recycle Continuum II for another double LP. More news on this soon - in the meantime check out the Continuum MySpace page for audio samples and updates.

And just a reminder that throughout January only you can buy all 4 SW Cover Version CD singles for the price of 3 from Headphone Dust (UPDATE - Cover Versions 2, 3, and 4 are now sold out again at Burning Shed, who had the majority of the pressings, but there are a few copies left at Headphone Dust)

15 January 2008 : SW appears with Aviv Geffen in London »

Aviv Geffen is playing his first headline show outside of Israel at Bush Hall in London on 31st January. The show promises to be a very special evening. It will mark the launch of Aviv as a solo artist in Europe; his single Black & White will be released very shortly and the album Life Parade will follow in the Spring.

As well as his full band (Tomer, Seffy and Eran from Blackfield plus Iain Archer from Snow Patrol and the lovely and talented Alex on vocals), Aviv also has some special guests coming along. Mike Garson (David Bowie's musical director and keyboard player since the 70's who has also worked with NIN and Smashing Pumpkins) is flying in from California, and Steven Wilson (no introduction necessary!) will be joining Aviv onstage for a few songs during the show.

This will be a rare opportunity to see an amazing line-up in such intimate surroundings. Bush Hall is a unique venue originally built as a music hall in 1905 that has previously played host to special shows by REM, Lily Allen, The Magic Numbers, Starsailor and many others.

Those of you lucky enough to attend will also leave the building with more than just memories of an incredible gig ...

Intrigued?

Then grab a ticket before they sell out! Tickets are now available from ticketweb.

01 January 2008 : Cover Version January offer »

In preparation for the 2 remaining Cover Version singles, the final one of which will come in a box set to house all 6 CDs, Headphone Dust have re-pressed the previous 4 SW Cover Version CD singles, now packaged in plastic wallets instead of jewel cases. If you prefer, you can still order the CDs in plain jewel cases at no extra cost but note the postage rate will increase so please e-mail us to request an invoice first. Throughout January you can buy all 4 CDs for the price of 3 from Headphone Dust, so now is the time to purchase these special CDs as a gift for someone special! Cover Version V is expected to be released in 2008.

22 December 2007 : Pacific Codex update »

Pacific Codex was due to be finally released first thing in the new year. We say "was" because unfortunately when the sets came back from manufacture there was a problem which makes it impossible to send them out as they are. With so many parts to the package (the CD, the DVDA, the book, the gatefold sleeve, the insert, and the box) there was always the chance that something wouldn't come out quite right first time. Anyway, all is being fixed / redone, but alas it does mean another delay, most likely until February.

Headphone Dust Mail Order now have copies of the new Fovea Hex CD "Allure", on which SW makes a guest appearance (note that this is the single disc edition - the version with the bonus remix CD is only available directly from Die Stadt).

Headphone Dust also have a small quantity of the 5LP vinyl box set "Once We All Walk Through Solid Objects" by Fear Falls Burning, which includes a Bass Communion collaboration on Side One. Note that this track will also be issued on a Bass Communion CD at some time in the future, but in the meantime this is a truly gorgeous (and heavy!) item, which includes an FFB collaboration with a different artist on each side, including Steve Von Till (Neurosis), Final (Justin Broadrick from Jesu / Godflesh), Birchville Cat Motel..etc... The set is limited to 500 copies and almost sold out already.

Bass Communion "Pacific Codex" is now likely to be issued in September, and Continuum II (the final pressing, taking it up to its limitation of 2,000) should be back in stock by mid to late August.

19 July 2007 : Continuum II available »

Available to order now from Headphone Dust Mail Order.

Continuum represents a multi-layered synonym for the collective ambition and vision of Dirk Serries (VidnaObmana, Fear Falls Burning) and Steven Wilson (Porcupine Tree, Bass Communion, Blackfield), motivated by their immense passion for a wide-range of musical styles. Continuum II is the second release in a series of limited edition albums being issued by Soleilmoon Recordings. Each CD is presented in a beautiful oversized digipack with breathtaking design and artwork by Lasse Hoile.

"Continuum 1", the first release, captured both artists' love of desolate, minimal music, and featured three 20 minute pieces of richly melancholic textural music. It sold out within a few weeks of its release, and was subsequently pirated in the Czech Republic. Fast-forward two years, and Serries and Wilson are back with Continuum 2. The new album again has three long pieces, but breaks from its predecessor by enriching its electronic soundscapes with a variety of crushing electric guitars. The album defies easy categorization as it willfully and relentlessly crosses boundaries and genres, breaking every rule it meets and tearing down fences and expections along the way. Is it ambient? Is it metal? It is neither, and yet, it is both. But it's so much more. Think of a Sci-Fi horror film shot on the surface of an abandoned, ghost-ridden planet, or the soundtrack to a slow motion apocalypse in which all life is extinguished beneath rock, dust and convulsing earth.

Continuum II is released on 16th July (please refer to the mail order page for information on shipping) in a limited edition of 2,000 copies in a tall DVD style digipack with a set of postcards.

18 June 2007 : Fovea Hex / Die Stadt »

One of the most remarkable and strange-beautiful musical ventures of the past few years is about to wrap up with the release of the last in a series of EPs. So much did Steven love the first 2 EPs he talked his way into appearing on the third one! FOVEA HEX 'Allure' is the third and final part of the 'Neither Speak Nor Remain Silent' series by Fovea Hex / Clodagh Simonds, which has featured among other contributors; Colin Potter, Brian Eno, Roger Eno, Robert Fripp, Andrew McKenzie, and Percy Jones. SW appears on the title track of 'Allure" playing some treated guitar. The first 500 copies will include a bonus CD 'The Answer' featuring 60 minutes of material reworked and remixed by Andrew McKenzie of The Hafler Trio. This version will only be available from Die Stadt and Janet Records directly. There is also a box set version that includes all 3 EPs (6 CDs in total, as each comes with a bonus disc of reworkings by The Hafler Trio). Essential in SW's opinion, but to listen and find out more visit the Fovea Hex MySpace page.

16 June 2007 : IEM and Theo Travis LPs »

It seems like we forgot to mention that the deluxe and highly limited 180 gram 2LP vinyl edition of SW's IEM 1996-1999 album is now available. Sure to sell out very quickly of it's 500 copy only run, it's available now from Headphone Dust Mail Order, or from Burning Shed.

26 April 2007 : SW on VidnaObmana album »

The fourth and final installment in vidnaObmana's ambitious "Opera For
Four Fusion Works" project has just been issued, and this time it's a collaboration with SW. Each "act" of this project involves vidnaObmana reworking and recycling audio sources from different collaborators, and this one utilizes solo vocai performances provided by SW as its source material, the voice progressively transformed from the familiar, into stranger and more "ambient" atmospheres. It's captivatingly beautiful. Copies are available from Headphone Dust Mail Order at a nice price now. Also available now from the Headphone Dust Mail Order page are the IEM and Theo Travis deluxe vinyls.

The next volume of Continuum, SW's ongoing collaboration with VidnaObmana / Fear Falls Burning main man Dirk Serries, is complete and due for release on Soleilmoon in the Summer. Please note that this is the European digipack (the US edition, with the same content, will follow in March) and is released on 12th Feb, but the CD will be shipped to arrive with you on - or just before - the release date. You can order it either from SW's own Headphone Dust Mail Order (orders from Headphone Dust include the Lasse Hoile illustrated postcard), or from Burning Shed. Of course Blackfield II should be widely available, but buying direct from one of these sites does help support the artists.

Soleilmoon have made a special t-shirt based on the Bass Communion Loss album: "100% cotton Hanes Beefy T-shirt, dark brown, with the quiety evocative cover art from the Loss DVDA+CD package printed on the chest. An antique border printed in metallic gold frames the image, and the names Bass Communion and Loss are printed directly below. Available in Small, Medium, Large, Extra Large and Extra-Extra Large. 100 shirts have been printed for this first run."

16 November 2006 : Bass Communion Loss available! »

The 2 disc CD/DVDA version of Bass Communion's Loss album is now available from Headphone Dust Mail Order at the special price of £11. The set contains the 40 minute piece in both stereo and 5.1 mixes, and is packaged in a beautiful thick card gatefold sleeve, with an additional 8 page booklet containing the images from the original vinyl release.

Loss is not about the violent moment of loss, but its aftermath. The crushing melancholia, the endless questions of what if and why?, as well as the concepts of regret, missed opportunity, or a feeling or moment in time that can never be recaptured. But even in the midst of this gloomy scene, hope and light are born, for loss is never total. Memory lingers, a residue of evidence is left behind, and life goes on. Steven Wilson says "For me, the album is an extension of the previous release, Ghosts on Magnetic Tape, which relates to Electronic Voice Phenomena, or the idea that the dead can still communicate with the living world through recorded media. In order to try to capture this feeling I wanted the music to leave a spectral, ghostly impression, and to have an organic decaying quality, like something trying to break through from another world. To this end my musical sources were mainly 78 rpm records, a vibraphone and an upright piano. No synths or electronics were used, only organic sources or instrumentation that has been around for at least the last century."

Following a limited edition vinyl release in January, the digital version of Loss consists of a 5.1 surround sound DVD-Audio disc (which also contains a higher resolution stereo version) and a standard stereo CD. The DVD-Audio disc is compatible with all DVD players, but will sound best in a player with DVD-A capabilities. And the CD of course can be played pretty much everywhere else.

20 August 2006 : Bass Communion activity »

A brand new 40 minute Bass Communion piece "Pacific Codex" has been completed, and this will issued by US label Equation Records in the most lavish Bass Communion packaging to date, probably in early 2007 (note that this was previously planned as a vinyl release, but due to problems with pressing the sensitive audio material onto vinyl it will now be a no-less lavish CD edition instead!)

In the meantime, the second in this series of vinyl releases "Loss", is in preparation for a digital release in late 2006 by Soleilmoon (this is the only one of the 3 albums planned for a non-vinyl version at present). The digital version will be a 2 disc CD/DVDA set including a 5.1 surround sound mix and higher resolution stereo on the DVDA (cover design shown here). Soleilmoon are shortly also going to reissue both parts of the Bass Communion versus Muslimgauze collaboration on a single disc.

Finally, SW has recently created Bass Communion remixes for Use of Ashes, Fear Falls Burning, and Theo Travis. All will emerge over the coming year.

ToneFloat is proud to announce Returning Jesus - the complete sessions, a lavishly designed 23-track triple album set, comprising all of the music written and recorded for the album. The first two discs include remastered versions of the original album as issued in 2001, additional bonus tracks from the Carolina Skeletons EP and the All That You Are EP. Some of the songs were written and demoed as early as 1994, even pre-dating sessions for the previous no-man album Wild Opera (released in 1996), but definitive mixes were not completed until 1999. during which time the songs evolved through a series of demos and alternate arrangements. The tracks on the 3rd disc have been exclusively selected from among these alternate versions.

In the slipstream of the highy successful Continuum cd (a collaborative project between Bass Communion and VidnaObmana), issued on Soleilmoon in 2005, comes an exclusive double vinyl release on ToneFloat. The music is a collection of recyclings sourced from the first cd, functioning as a compendium to Continuum but different enough to stand alone. The music was structured and recorded by VidnaObmana based upon Bass Communion's unreleased one hour long Construct III - Immersion mix, but also with reference to the three original pieces on the Continuum cd release. VidnaObmana performed complex and detailed reworkings to create four brand new, unique Continuum sound miasmas.

18 July 2006 : Cover Version IV now available »

The fourth in the series of Steven Wilson Cover Version CD singles is now exclusively available from Headphone Dust Mail Order. SW posted this to his myspace site in May: "Today I completed Cover Version IV, and I think it's my favourite so far in the series, I'm very happy. The cover version itself is probably the most obscure yet, and may create some controversy with its subject matter, guaranteed to offend. But also very beautiful I think".

Cover Version III has also been repressed, which means all 4 singles are in print. The series is planned to continue until Cover Version 6, which will come in some kind of box to house all of the singles.

18 June 2006 : UEM CDR available again »

Now available from Headphone Dust Mail Order is a reissue of the 65 minute CDR which collects music recorded by SW between 1990-2003 in an electronic vein that did not find a home in any of his other projects. The original handmade edition of 350 copies has become one of the most collectible SW releases, but this is a more modest reissue pressed on a black CDR in a plastic wallet, with a colour card insert. Note that it does not include the bonus track available on the 2LP edition (of which there is also a few still available).

BASS COMMUNION - GHOSTS ON MAGNETIC TAPE (2LP)

Released on CD in 2004, the Bass Communion album Ghosts On Magnetic Tape (TF23) will be issued on ToneFloat as a 180 gram heavyweight double vinyl album. The first edition of 500 copies, housed in a lavish gatefold sleeve designed by Carl Glover, will be released on (first printing only) marbled multi-coloured vinyl and come with a previously unavailable 16-minute Ghosts On Magnetic Tape Out-Take on Side 4.

"Ghosts On Magnetic Tape is the audio equivalent of an Edgar Allen Poe compendium, ranging from the darkly beautiful to stark bleakness. The compositions soundtrack a narrative comprised of layered effects and instrumental samples that float atop tidal waves of bass, ebbing and flowing between troubled waters and molten lava. Ghosts On Magnetic Tape is inspired by scientist Konstantin Raudive's famous attempts to communicate with the dead and subsequently capture his efforts on magnetic tape. A striking characteristic of Ghosts On Magnetic Tape is the crackle and hiss of analogue limitation, exemplified in the recurrent use of music from 78's. rather than dirty the sound, the cracklings add a warm and charming dimension, further emphasized by the seamlessness of the work. ghosts ... is ideally suited for a silent listening environment, because this piece can be delicate as it is powerful." Dusted Magazine

NO-MAN SPEAK LP

Recently re-released on CD, No-Man's collection of early works, Speak, will be issued on ToneFloat as a 180 gram heavyweight vinyl album. 01 February 2006 : Cover Versions repressed »

Steven Wilson's first two Cover Version CD singles have been repressed and are now available again from Headphone Dust. A statement from SW:

"The Cover Version CD singles were originally intended to be limited editions of 1,000 copies, mainly because I didn't really expect them to sell that well and that 1,000 copies of each would suffice. However to my surprise the singles quickly sold out, and became highly collectible, selling for sometimes hundreds of dollars on eBay. Also between recording the first 2 CV singles I came up with the idea to house all the singles in a box at the end of the series, which created a new problem, which was how would people who missed earlier releases in the series complete their set. So I have decided to make the singles available again and remove the strict limitation on them. I must offer my apologies to those that have in the meantime paid over the odds to pick up their copies.

I'm also aware of the fact that a large amount of SW related reissues are becoming available during the next few weeks, and of the considerable cost to those fans who feel that they want to collect all of them. With something like 50 items in my back catalogue now, there always seems to be the need for something to be revamped / reissued, especially as more and more people discover the music. Some of these forthcoming new editions of older material are major projects (eg - Stupid Dream) that have been in the works for many months, but are only just now coming to fruition. Others, such as the reissues of PT's Metanoia, and Moonloop, are record company initiatives out of the band's control. On top of this there are 2 more releases in the continuing series of SW vinyl reissues on ToneFloat. It's coincidental that all of these have been scheduled for release by the various companies at almost exactly the same time, as they were all conceived and planned at different times over the last 2 years. Therefore my apologies for a potentially expensive time for SW completists."

The 2 Cover Version CD singles are now available from the Headphone Dust Mailorder page

26 January 2006 : SW's desert island SW »

01 January 2006 : PT Stupid Dream reissue »

The reissue of Porcupine Tree's 1999 album Stupid Dream will be available in early 2006 in the form of a 2 disc set containing a remixed and remastered stereo CD, and a 5.1 surround sound DVDA (with DTS encoded version which will play on any DVD player equipped with a surround sound / home cinema speaker set up). The 5.1 disc also contains surround sound mixes of "Ambulance Chasing" and the full length version of "Even Less", the video to "Piano Lessons", and a photo gallery. Lasse Hoile has also created completely new images for the reissue, since the band were never happy with the original cover design.

This 2 disc edition will only be available to buy direct from the Pocupine Tree Store. A standard CD edition will get a wider release at a later date, as well as a 2LP vinyl version on US label Gates of Dawn.

A reissue of Lightbulb Sun in 5.1 and stereo is also planned. As with the Stupid Dream reissue this will include 5.1 mixes of other material from the same sessions.

01 January 2006 : Blackfield in Tel Aviv »

20 December 2005 : SW related releases in 2006 »

SW's release schedule for 2006 is as busy as ever, with many reissues and new projects planned for release, most notably the first ever Porcupine Tree DVD, a 2 disc live performance / documentary set, which will hopefully be issued in the spring.

Feb 20th: BASS COMMUNION "Ghosts on Magnetic Tape" double vinyl
Feb 20th: NO-MAN "Speak" double vinyl

Other projects that should see the light of day in 2006 include a second Blackfield album, a CD/5.1 DVDA/2LP reissue of PT's Lightbulb Sun, a further instalment in the SW Cover Version series, and possibly a new No-Man album. Porcupine Tree plan to commence recording a new album towards the end of the year for release in 2007. In the meantime, SW's much discussed collaboration with Mikael Akerfeldt of Opeth awaits a window of opportunity for both musicians to get together to work on it - so don't hold your breath!

The CD reissue contains the whole of the 1996 debut album, the 1999 "Escalator to Christmas" EP, and an extended 13 minute version of the title track from the Escalator EP. Total running time of the CD is 70 minutes. The CD is also available to order using paypal directly from Headphone Dust (see news item below).

Also now in stock at the Burning Shed store is the John Wesley album "Shiver" mixed by SW. This is a superb album of progressive / pop / rock hybrid songs, and definitely the strongest work yet from the singer songwriter and guest Porcupine Tree touring musician.

19 September 2005 : Indicates Void »

The Bass Communion clear vinyl LP release Indicates Void will be shipped on 1st October. Pressed in 2 small handmade editions of 100 copies each (one in a silver cover and one in gold), the album is part of Tone Float's new 'C' imprint dedicated to experimental music. Tone Float have already sold out on pre-order of both editions, but Headphone Dust have a small allocation available, priced at £20 plus shipping per copy. Email to Headphone Dust if you would like to reserve one. Note that these are strictly limited to one copy per person (please don't email if you have already pre-ordered from Tone Float), and sorry but it is not possible to chose which edition you receive.

Other vinyl editions available from Headphone Dust include No-Man Together We're Stranger, IEM Arcadia Son, and Blackfield 2LP. See the mail order page for more information.

Headphone Dust also have a few copies of the increasingly hard to find Bass Communion versus Muslimgauze CD EP (which was the follow up to a full length CD which is completely sold out) priced at £7.
